Terms of Service

Effective date: July 6, 2026. These Terms govern your use of the Tenzor indicator, related content, community spaces and this website (the “Service”). By purchasing access or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure.

1. What the Service is

Tenzor is an analytical tool: an invite-only TradingView indicator for BTC/USDT that draws a trade plan (entry, take-profit, protective stop, averaging levels) and sends alerts, together with guides and a community. Tenzor is not a broker, exchange, asset manager, or investment adviser, and nothing in the Service is individual investment, legal or tax advice. You make all trading decisions yourself, at your own risk.

2. Access and accounts

Paid access is granted to the TradingView username you provide, normally within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Access is personal and non-transferable; sharing, reselling or re-publishing the indicator, its signals or member content is prohibited and leads to termination without refund. You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use such services in your jurisdiction.

3. Payments and renewals

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g. Tribute inside Telegram, or crypto payments); we do not store your card details. Subscription plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled; you can cancel anytime before the next billing date and keep access until the period ends. We will send a reminder before renewal where the processor supports it.

4. Refunds

All plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, Lifetime) are non-refundable. This is stated before payment; the public trade log lets you evaluate the strategy before buying. You can cancel renewal of any subscription at any time (§3). For EU/UK consumers: by requesting immediate access to digital content you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right, as confirmed at checkout.

5. Performance data

All statistics shown by the Service (including the public trade log) are derived from a strategy log with simulated execution on live market data, as described in the log's methodology. Simulated results do not represent actual trading and past performance does not guarantee future results. See the Risk Disclosure.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, decompile or redistribute the indicator; scrape or republish member content; use the Service for market manipulation or any unlawful purpose; present the Service's outputs as your own product or as financial advice to others.

7. Intellectual property

The indicator, site content, brand, templates and the trade log format remain our property. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use them for personal trading while your access is active.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability (TradingView, Telegram, Discord and exchanges are third-party platforms outside our control). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim; we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms (without refund where the breach is material, e.g. account sharing or content leaks). You may stop using the Service at any time; §4 governs refunds.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the community or bot, and continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Questions and requests: t.me/tenzorpostingbot.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Service provider's place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are resolved by good-faith negotiation first, then by the competent courts.
