Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 6, 2026. This policy describes what we collect and why, for this website and the Tenzor purchase/support flow in Telegram.
1. What we collect
- This website: we set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (IP, user-agent) for security.
- Telegram bot: your Telegram ID/username, messages you send the bot, your plan choice, and your TradingView username (needed to grant indicator access).
- Payments: processed by third-party processors (Whop for card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal; crypto payment providers for USDT). We never see or store card numbers; we receive only payment confirmation and plan details.
- Community: what you post in Discord/Telegram spaces is governed by those platforms' own policies too.
2. How we use it
To grant and manage access, provide support, send service messages (renewals, changes), and — only if you opted in — occasional product updates. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Where it lives and how long
Customer records live in our access-management tools and the bot's database, kept while your access is active and up to 24 months after (accounting/dispute purposes), then deleted or anonymised. Third-party platforms (Telegram, Discord, TradingView, payment processors) process your data under their own policies.
4. Your rights
Wherever you are (including EU/UK GDPR rights), you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing. Write to t.me/tenzorpostingbot — we respond within 30 days. Deleting data required for active access will end the access.
5. Changes
Material updates to this policy will be announced in the bot/community. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
